(1) The consumer shall protect the meter by making a chamber as specified by the office for meter security.
(2) If the meter is lost or damaged due to any reason, the consumer must give the written information to the office immediately.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), if it is reported that the meter is lost or damaged, the office shall install or repair the meter according to the demand at the expense of the consumer.
